We have experience in lecturing psychology in further and higher education environments; teaching students from A-Level (Level 3) to Masters (Level 7), we have worked for institutions such as The University of Northampton, as well as worked with individuals on a one-to-one basis.
Our main area of experience, we have been contracting out to and consulting for public and private sector organisations for over 8 years. As a Senior Business Analyst, with qualifications such as an MBA (Merit level), BCS International Diploma in BA, Agile SCRUM Master, TOGAF 'Certified' Level, and Prince2 'Practitioner' Level, we have a strong track record of success with large client-organisations.
With achieving Level 4 PTLLS, we are qualified to teach in further education (A-Level, NVQ, etc.) environments in Psychology, Business, Anatomy and Physiology, Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Personal Training, and more. We also hold Enhanced DBS, and have worked on a one-to-one basis with students.
While working as an Associate Lecturer, and as a private tutor, we have been fortunate enough to support students in a range of developmental activities, such as: course selection and guidance, practice assignment-setting/marking, goal-setting, careers guidance, and learning and revision strategies and techniques.
As part of our Business Consulting operations, we have gained great experience in creating and delivering training courses for individuals and groups, as part of the Change Management Life Cycle. This includes everything from IT-based training to role-change training.

Our Senior Consultant qualified with a First Class Honours in Psychology, went on to achieve an MSc in Occupational (Business) Psychology, was successful to achieve a place on a PhD pathway, and has gone on to qualify with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) to a Merit-level.

Our teaching, training and business consulting services are founded in our strong psychology and business background, with our Senior Consultant having over 16 years of consulting experience in a variety of different environments, including government, security, military, policing, hospitality and retail/FMCG. Seven of those 16 years have been spent as a contract Business Consultant, and over 12 of those years have allowed us to utilise our academic background to cover lecturing, teaching and training in a range of further and higher education subjects.
